Practical applications for creative thought

An affordable partner to help define, develop, and deploy creative content that converts.

Craft content that meets customer needs and it’ll meet your needs, too.

You don't need an agency of record to say something worth hearing. You need someone who has spent years watching the world unfold and finding the moments where a brand genuinely belongs.

Five hours a month buys you that partner: a senior creative mind who understands your business, meets your audience, and works with you to create and launch the content in places it won’t get missed.

The modern human experience demands details, insights, stories, experiences, examples, and data, and we sit still for none of it. The content you create needs to fit into your prospect’s lifestyle, their news outlets, and the entertainment they consume.

Develop actionable, affordable ideas to deploy into:

Creative content isn’t all about ads.

  • Website & landing page experiences

  • Social media & real-time marketing

  • PR & earned media

  • YouTube & CTV

  • Branded storytelling & educational content

  • Experiential & events

  • Partnerships & influencers

  • Film, TV and popular culture

  • AI conversations and generative engine optimization

  • …and the hands of account-based targets

TALES FROM THE COMMAND CENTER

Big-brand thinking, scaled for yours.

An approach that works for any business whose customers live online, whatever the industry.

Max Lang helped launch and lead M Live, Marriott International's global marketing command center for real-time social, creative and content.

Its wall of screens showed the world as it happened: guest posts from thousands of hotels, breaking news, trending conversation, loyalty sign-ups by city, and so much more.

The job was to watch it all unfold, then find the creative, revenue-generating moments where a brand could step in. That meant working across Marriott's 30 brands and the dozens of internal teams behind them, through crises and through opportunities.

That practice gets applied to your business for five focused hours a month.
